Data Bridge offers an SMS program that sends automated service alerts for system status and maintenance, along with two-way SMS support for technical issues. Messages may include notifications such as maintenance schedules, system updates, outage alerts, and responses to your support inquiries.
Message frequency varies based on your service needs and our operational events (it is not recurring on a fixed schedule).
2. Opt-In and Consent
You consent to receive SMS messages from Data Bridge by checking the consent box on our website signup form. The consent language includes:
“I agree to receive SMS service alerts and technical support messages from Data Bridge. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
You must actively opt in — we do not add phone numbers without clear affirmative consent.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details. No purchase is necessary to join or receive these messages.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of the Data Bridge SMS program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END to any message we send.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and we will not send you any further SMS messages (except as required by law).
