ScoreBridge™ and ScoreBridgeIP™ integration into vMIX™ & Xpression™

This is guide for using ScoreBridge™ as a data source, binding Scorebridge™ data to fields in a vMIX™ graphic.

Prerequisites:

  • Basic understanding of vMIX™ data sources, vMix Tutorials- Data Sources (see video below).
  • ScoreBridge™ Software version 1.9.9+  Download Link for latest version

  • If you have used ScoreBridge™ the input method will stay the same. If starting from scratch please read this guide first ScoreBridge™ Setup
  • Your Output method must be Local File / Http Server and JSON Array selected. Make sure to verify the checkbox is checked
  • Click the settings button to proceed

  • Navigate to the File Output tab and choose Select file to create a blank file. Save the file any where on your device make sure to save as a .JSON file
  • Bind your Reference Variables from your controller to an Output field. This is the name XPression will use for the data

 

  • Click Save and Close
  • When back on the main screen press connect.
  • You will now have a blue link show up on the bottom. That will be the link you use for the vMIX™ setup.

  • Launch the XPression Datalinq Server application
  • Add New Datalinq source
  • Select RSS FEED

 

  • Paste the URL from ScoreBridge
  • Make sure the JSON radial button is selected  in the Data Options and click the OK button

  • Click the Browse button to see the data
